People working in Iraq
| Working in Iraq has been a wonderful challenge for me. They keep us busy as they are very shorthanded, but they treat us well as I can tell they are very appreciative we are here. Over our three day weekend at Easter, myself and a few other Americans working jobs in Iraq got together and went to the Great Pyramids in Egypt. Over the three days of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday we plan to go up to Istanbul, Turkey to see the nightlife there and we're all taking ten days off over Independence Day to return to America. We work hard here in Iraq but the rewards are well worth it and we all get a special feeling of worth as we realize that we are doing this to give an entire country their freedom. --Uma Q. would have never believed that they needed simply daycare providers such as myself

Wow…what a trip
this has been! I have met so many interesting people here in Iraq and my eyes
have really been opened to an entirely different culture here. I have no regrets
for coming to work in Iraq, it was the best thing I've ever done. I was trained
to drive trucks and spend most of my working hours here in Iraq in military protected
convoys delivering very important supplies to both the Service men and women and
the Iraqi people. I feel completely safe in what I am doing and love to see the
smiles of the folks when we pull into their town with their much needed products.
